High Hand
- Live cash-game players only; a PokerLens profile connected with the poker room is required.
- Players must use both hole cards in NLH and exactly two hole cards in PLO. A minimum of four players and a raked pot are required.
- Three daily sessions: 12 PM–6 PM ($50), 6 PM–10 PM ($100), 10 PM–2 AM ($150).
- Minimum hands: NLH Aces Full House; PLO4 Four of a Kind (Quads); PLO5 Straight Flush.
- If no hand qualifies, the prize rolls into the next session. Floor verification is required and management decisions are final.
Eligibility & ties
- The player must be dealt in and active when the qualifying hand is dealt.
- If two or more players make the same High Hand in a session, the first qualifying hand dealt wins. If identical qualifying hands split the same pot at the same table, the prize is divided equally.
Verification & payment
- Cards must be shown and the board must remain on the table until a floor manager verifies the hand.
- The verified hand is registered on the High Hand Leaderboard and the winner is paid at the end of the qualifying session.
- If the winner is not in the poker room at payout time, the prize is held for 48 hours; after that it returns to High Hand promotional funds and is added to the next daily payment.
Management conditions
- The promotion may be suspended during tournament events or at management discretion.
- Abuse, collusion or angle shooting voids eligibility.
Bad Beat Jackpot
- Applies to NLH, PLO4 and PLO5. A connected PokerLens profile is required.
- At least four players must be dealt in; the hand must reach the minimum pot for rake and the Bad Beat promotional collection must be taken.
- Both the winning and losing hands must use two hole cards and three board cards, and the hand must reach showdown.
- Qualifying minimum hands change depending on whether the main jackpot is above or below $25,000.
- Primary jackpot payout: 50% to the losing hand, 20% to the winning hand, 20% shared by players at the qualifying table and 10% shared by players at other tables.
Promotional collection & funds
- Bad Beat collection: pot $50 = $1; $100 = $2; $150 = $3; $200 = $4.
- Bad Beat promotional funds also support the daily High Hand. After that daily funding, remaining promotional funds are allocated 50% to the main jackpot, 30% to the secondary jackpot and 20% to other poker-room promotions.
- After the main jackpot is hit and paid, 90% of the secondary jackpot becomes the new main jackpot fund.
Qualifying hands — jackpot over $25,000
- NLH: Aces Full of Tens (AAA-TT) or better, beaten by Quads or better.
- PLO4: Quad Jacks or better, beaten by a higher hand.
- PLO5: Quad Kings or better, beaten by a higher hand.
Qualifying hands — jackpot below $25,000
- NLH: Quad Deuces or better, beaten by a higher hand.
- PLO4: Quad Kings or better, beaten by a higher hand.
- PLO5: Straight Flush, beaten by a higher hand.
Integrity, verification & payment
- A pocket pair is required when building a qualifying full house or four of a kind.
- Collusion or communication about a jackpot hand/draw disqualifies the hand; exposing cards before action is complete disqualifies the table.
- Cards must remain available for surveillance verification; a failed deck inspection voids the hand. Management will not reconstruct mucked hands.
- If more than one jackpot is hit at the same time, surveillance determines which qualified first. Jackpot status remains pending until verification.
- Players who leave with their chips before showdown do not qualify for the table share. Winnings are paid at the Cashier Cage in chips or cash. Poker management decisions are final.
Squid Game
- Eight players and seven buttons.
- Each hand winner receives one button and may collect more than one.
- When all seven buttons have been awarded, every player with no button pays the winners according to the number of buttons each winner holds.
- New players wait until the current Squid Game round is complete.
- Minimum button values: $5 at 1/3, $10 at 2/5 and $15 at 5/10 or higher.
How a round works
- The round lasts until all seven buttons have been awarded. A new Squid Game round then begins.
- Only players with no button pay. Winners do not pay other winners, even if another winner holds more buttons.
Example at $10 per button
- If Player A wins five hands and Player B wins two hands, six players finish without a button. Each losing player pays $50 to Player A and $20 to Player B. Player A receives $300 total and Player B receives $120 total.
Queenco Poker Room House Rules
- Respectful conduct, one player to a hand and no collusion or soft play.
- Floor decisions are made in the best interest of the game and are final.
- Players are responsible for protecting their cards and following table-stakes, blind, seating and break rules.
Player conduct & etiquette
- Do not disclose live or folded cards, advise play before action is complete, read untabled hands, discuss strategy with spectators or receive outside assistance.
- Collusion, soft play, chip dumping, abusive language, repeated etiquette violations and deliberate game delays may be penalised.
- Intentionally damaging cards or disruptive behaviour may result in penalties or removal. Poker at Queenco may refuse gaming services when necessary.
Phones, devices & language
- Phone calls are not allowed at the table; step away to make or receive a call.
- Phones, tablets and laptops may be used at the table only when the player is not in a hand. Live broadcasting apps are not permitted during play.
- Only English may be spoken while a hand is in progress.
Cards, table stakes & decisions
- Protect your own cards at all times. An unprotected, abandoned or discarded hand may be ruled dead.
- Only chips or cash on the table at the start of a deal are in play, subject to the official table-stakes exceptions. Chips must remain on the table until the player leaves, except for permitted casino purchases/services.
- Irregularities must be brought to staff immediately and before the deck is shuffled for the next hand.
Buy-ins, blinds & optional actions
- New players must make the proper buy-in for the game. Existing-player rebuy and table-transfer conditions follow the official rules.
- Missed-blind, buy-the-button and straddle procedures apply as described in the official rules. All blinds are live.
- Running it twice is allowed when all involved players agree; side pots may be run twice separately when applicable.
Seats, waiting lists & table changes
- A player called from the waiting list has five minutes to present themselves before the seat is offered to the next player.
- Seat and table changes require floor approval. Priority and card-draw procedures apply when more than one player wants the same seat.
- A player returning to the same game within three hours must return with at least the value they left with, and never less than the minimum buy-in.
Breaks & third man walking
- Players may normally leave for up to 30 minutes. With a waiting list, chips may be picked up after that period.
- Repeated absences can lead to an earlier pickup. When two players are already away, the third player to leave has one orbit to return or risks losing the seat if there is a waiting list.
